RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, used or worn hair accessories cannot be returned.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at rshriya06@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at rshriya06@gmail.com with your order details so we can resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Used or worn hair accessories are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
